Mr Arthur Jelliby
The Arthur, Stefan Bachmann, of the book ' The Peculiar' describes Mr Jelliby as:
- A very nice man, who is a member of parliament.
- His not the best of politician due to his kind nature.
- He is a tall man with broad shoulders.
- He wears a cherry red waistcoat, with a cravat and a hanky chief.
- When his outside he puts on a hat and gloves
- He has a walking stick.
- He keeps a pocket watch on him.
- And his hair often gets tangled in a comb.
